Liz joined the Institute of Eye Surgery in August 2017 as Operations Manager. Liz brings over 25 years of operations management experience with her from multiple industry sectors, both nationally and internationally.
Prior to joining the IoES, Liz spent 15 years working in the recruitment sector with a focus on bringing start-up and emerging businesses to profitability and implementing corporate structure where necessary. More recently, Liz worked in the healthcare space, as operations manager for a global connected health organisation that sought to improve patient access and patient communication for some of the leading health systems in the US.
Throughout her career, Liz has had a particular focus on the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance customer experience.
As Operations Manager for the Institute, Liz oversees both the day to day functions of the practice to ensure that patient needs are met to the highest standard, as well as being responsible for implementing the strategic vision for growth and development.
